Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Simple booking, straightforward policies, and no deposit required.
Booking & Payment
No deposit is required to reserve your charter. Your trip is reserved for the date and time confirmed at booking. Payment is due at the end of your trip. Guests may pay by cash or card. A 4% processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
Cancellations & Weather
If you need to cancel or reschedule your charter, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure. Weather and sea conditions are evaluated with your safety and overall experience in mind. If your captain determines conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to select another available date.
